When will I receive my order?
Our production time is about 1 to 2 business days once payment is received. Your order is then shipped via Canada Post from Montreal, QC CANADA. Delivery time will vary between 2 to 5 business days (this delivery time is not garanteed).

For cats, we advise only small sizes. (extra-small for circle). For dogs, this will varies depending on their breed.

Our Pet Tags are made out of high quality anodise aluminum made in USA.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit cards and Paypal.
Is your website secure?
Yes, all transactions are made directly with our payment provider (Stripe).
When you enter your payment information, you're directly connected with Stripe's server.
MYPETTAGS.CA will not know your credit card number and it will not be stored on our server.
